Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Active customers have the ability to cancel, suspend, or permanently delete his or her account inside the settings section of the application interface. You can cancel your service with us at anytime and there is no penalty or fine to cancel your service on the software platform, or e-learning platform. 

All users will be able to see past and present account activity for canceled and suspended accounts, with the ability to re-activate account access. We do not require term limits on our service for the retail investing public, and offer access into our platform as one-time fees for E-learning, and monthly or annual subscriptions for our investment tracking software.

Refunds: We do not grant refunds for any of our products or services under any circumstances. Due to instant availability of the investment tracking software and materials inside our E-learning platform, no refunds will be given. If a duplicate charge was made, we will fix the billing error and refund payments under this sole circumstance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
